Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

It is up to you (the customer) to know what part you require. If you order the wrong part we may replace with the correct part at our discretion, however you will be responsible for the return postage and any difference in the price of the original part ordered plus an $11 postage and handling charge for the correct part to be shipped. The part must be in original packaging and once installed the part can no longer be returned due to change of mind or incorrect part chosen as it is deemed to be second hand.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.

If we do decide to give a refund for change of mind or incorrect purchase a restocking fee of 40% will be charged.

We must be notified of the situation within 5 working days of your receipt.
All merchandise found to be defective can only be exchanged for the same item.

Shipping and handling is not refundable.
